Our warranty terms for the Solar E Bike are as follows: the Chassis, Swing Arm, Motor, and Controller are covered for 18 months, while the Battery is covered for up to 20,000 miles. Non-Service Items are covered for 12 months, subject to the service schedule. Please note that certain items are excluded from our warranty.

It is important to note that this warranty applies to the original purchaser only. We highly recommend that you adhere to the service schedule to ensure that your bike is properly maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Our service schedule serves as a minimal guide, and we recognize that machines used in harsh environments and on severe terrain may require more maintenance as and when required. As with any enduro machine, performing daily owner checks and using the correct method of operation is essential to ensure the longevity of your machine for many years to come.

We strongly advise checking your machine before and after each use to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Particular attention should be placed on chain tension and lubrication, essential nut and bolt torque levels, tire pressures, spoke tension, and steering bearings.

To maximize the life of your battery, we recommend getting into the habit of recharging it after each ride and avoiding leaving it at a low charge level for an extended period. Please refer to the operator's manual for advice on longer storage periods.

When cleaning your machine, we advise against using a high-pressure washer as this may cause damage. Instead, we recommend using a gentle low-pressure hose with a cloth or brush. Additionally, it is important to re-grease under the fork dust covers monthly to ensure smooth operation.

Please note that certain items, such as grips, cables, belts, tires, pads & discs, and bulbs, are subject to normal wear and tear from use and are therefore not covered by the warranty. Additionally, the warranty is excluded for hire and reward, competition, or closed-circuit use.

It is important to understand that any accidental damage or damage caused by altering the standard specification with non-official components (such as tuning or modification) is entirely the responsibility of the owner and not covered by the warranty.

The Solar E-Clipse is a homologated L1E-B class moped and is fully compliant with EEC whole vehicle type approval for use on public roads, provided that it is registered, licensed, and insured correctly. We are currently in the process of obtaining these certifications and will make them available to our customers as soon as possible.

It is imperative that you wear suitable protective gear, including a helmet, eye protection, and appropriate clothing, while riding your Solar E-Clipse. At Solar, we prioritize rider safety and urge all riders to exercise caution and respect for their fellow riders and the environment.

Please note that Solar products' specifications and appearance are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on specific requirements and conditions. For more information, we encourage you to contact your local Solar dealer.
